Shannon Elizabeth is one of the most well known celebrities of the women in poker crew, making a name for herself initially in the movie American Pie playing the stunning foreign exchange student Nadia. Not only does she have the moves at the felt, but proved on last season’s Dancing With The Stars that she also has what it takes on the dance floor.

She didn’t manage to win the series however she stole the heart of her dance partner Derek Hough, but it seems she isn’t the only one who is being swept away by his charm.

In the current season of the show, Derek has been partnered with rapper Lil’ Kim who is being quite open about how she feels for him, saying that he is gorgeous, the chemistry is wonderful and that she and Derek would make the best of lovers! If I were Shannon I would not be so comfortable with my partner and someone who thinks of him like that to be spending hours every week passionately dancing the rumba or the tango.
Unfortunately for Lil’ Kim (but I’m sure a godsend for Elizabeth), they were voted off the show last month but Lil’ Kim has said that not being able to spend quality time with Derek hurts the most.

Since her boyfriend was knocked out of the show, Shannon has been cheering for Derek’s close friend Mark Ballas who partners 2008 Olympic gold medallist, gymnast Shawn Johnson. The finale of the show was held over two nights concluding on Tuesday May 19 so for those of you who have TiVoed it and don’t want to know who wins, look away now. As for the rest of you, Shannon picked the winner with Ballas and 17 year old Johnson taking home the disco ball trophy.
